Support ticket
Ive sent a support ticket lately, and ive waited more than 24 hours without getting a reply. So
i checked ''contact history'' and i saw that my support ticket is not even there. So i was wondering, did z8games even receive my support ticket? And do some of you guys occur the same problem?
P.s: it's not a new support ticket, it was a note on the support ticket. So the Ticket was there but when i added the note it just disappeared.

It is quite unusual that the ticket dissapeared. This might happen if you give unneccesary information. Try to re submit your ticket with all of your information on that account.

Ive sent a support ticket written what happened. By the way this did happen before with the same support ticket, ive sent a new one back then and when it got replied the ticket was suddenly there. So there is a possibility that if i get replied with the new ticket, the old ticket will appear again. And about the account, it got hacked. I really dont know how and it sucks really bad. Hope i get it back soon.

The reason of the hacked account could be either
-you got scammed. (Ex. Free ZP)
-or downloading hack or keylogger.
-or downloading zp/gp generator. (Which is also scam.)
If you did not encountered any of these things, it is not possible for the account to be hacked.

Be sure to put correct information. ( Security answer, email address, and payment logs.) -
Want to know whats funny? I didnt use a keulogger or zp generator. The only places i fell out my info is in the crossfire login and z8games. Ive got scammed once so id never ever gIve out my info. So have no clue how i got hacked. Except spyware maybe

The support centre is kinda dead atm.
I have the patience to wait until tuesday mostly due the weekend and the monday, but i'm waiting for like 2 weeks on a single issue already.
Something is going wrong everywhere.. not only the bugs but also the employees
