Server Movement?

I've noticed my ping being different in the alpha server and echo server. Did they move the location or change the server?

alpha is toronto based server, echo is Idk where but each server have a differant location to let players have a closer place to prevent lag, sadly most of people don't even care about it and we see some 500pinger on alpha...

Alpha and Echo, and Delta should be the same. Bravo, Charlie are the same but different from A-E-n'd-D..

Why do people always assume the servers have moved every time their pings change slightly?....

They must be illogically moving the servers every few months or so according to people oO.
