Problems sending in hack reports

I tried to send in a hack report last night about a certain clan.
I couldn't attach the replay in a CFR file, and when i Zipped it up with winzip or winrar or w/e it didnt work either.

Any advise?

Alphanumeric characters in the file name only (other than .cfr).

Also, didn't Saidin say somewhere to rename the replay file to the IGN of the hacker?

Yeah as rory said, only 0 to 9 and a to z can be used, so make sure the only . in the name is the .cfr
