cf error / glitch

Whenever someone pushes me into a wall, i get stuck in it or just walk thru it, and it kicks me with the cf error thing. Whats up with that? Kind of frustrating cuz it always happens because of the laggers who appear in front/next to u out of nowhere and push u into a wall...
