Kukri Error

Alright so I saw all the people with the royal kukri, so I decided to see what a kukri was like so I bought one for 7 days from the shop. Yet when I go in game, the kukri doesn't appear and when I try and click I get an error beep... And when it was my bag 1 weapon in an EM game after I die having a weapon when I begin the game I have the gun to start with in the new round...

I tried using the kukri in all the modes but it still doesn't work... I'm quite upset that I spent 2300 ZP on an item that I'm not even going to be able to use...
