Friend list bug

Ok i have some weird bug on friend list.I have 1 guy called Mali-mos (hes staff sgt. ranked + hes inactive for like 1,5 years) every time i try to delete him so i can accept someone else when i relog hes back on my friend list like i didnt delete him.Is there any chance that bug can be fixed.Because to me deleting that guy is allready going on my nerv.I just keep deleting and he comes back when i relog.
So is there anyway that i can delete him "permanently" from my fl or what kind of respond i will get if i send support ticket to remove him completly from my fl?

    Open support ticket stating the character name you'd like to remove and they'll remove him.

    you have got to be kidding me.... you goto send a ticket just to delete a friend? Seriously/ Even little things like this? Now im sure in the future u will never get hacks off no way in the world no way you can do anything about the bugs if u cant fix this what can you do? seriously

    HPX has nothing to do with the bug and can't help fix it, this bug is on every single crossfire version. Don't whine at someone that can't do much about the issue, but actually manually remove it for you. What does having a bug have to do with having hacks?
