Account Creation

Okay guys, I'm from Australia and I'm pretty sure there is no restriction about the " Not Available To Your Region ". I created account today & make it as my Alt account, but when I try to log in, in game.. I couldn't ? I typed the right password & username & when I try it in Website still doesn't work .. I created the account in z8games.com & I downloaded the crossfire in this website .. I just want to know if there is any Website Issues about this because I really have no idea...

Question: Is it just me having this problem? Or is the website having a technical errors?
