Hmmmm I'm wondering what is the pros and cons of having a high sens and a low sens.

  • Well it depends what mouse your using like if your sensitivity was at 2 on a roller mouse (ball mouse) you can hardly move. But if you were to use a laser mouse with high DPI (dots per inch) such as the Razer Lachesis the 2 sensitivity can feel pretty high when you set it to max DPI of 5600.

Lol if you want to take the mouse out of the factor then the advantage of low sensitivity is that it is more accurate. When you're aiming for your opponents head your mouse won't move away from the target your aiming at that easily and the crosshair won't expand as much. The cons about having low sensitivity is that you can't rotate and get the opponent behind you as fast.

XD but as long as you have gamesense then it's aight.

For high sensitivity you can aim at multiple enemies faster. After killing an enemy you can quickly move your cursor to the next. Also it's quicker to rotate looking side to side/ back and front. The cons is that it is less accurate.
  • Yep I use a razer deathadder 3500 dpi in game sens is 0 :]

what is acceleration for Razer Lachesis 5600..what is the setting i max my DPI to 5600
  • Lower sense
Pros-Better aim, easier to get hses
Cons-Need a big mousepad, and as a gm enthusiast , it's hard for me to bhop and turn quickly with low sensitivity.

    Higher Sense
Pros-Aim faster at multiple enemies, easier to get people behind you if you need to turn quickly
    Cons-harder to aim precisely

All of this is pretty much from experience. Most of it is personal preference.
  • Mine is 19, low Sensitivity = MORE PRECISION
