So when will we be blessed with a guide explaining your clans strategy for the GM event?
It was pretty obvious.You dodged Contagion, don't lie son.
We never dodged contagion before the event lawl. We played them with the leader, RTO and a couple others, I vividly remember because we lost and I was like wtf? Because they didn't even play that well.
Oh and also, it's been stated many times by Saidin and players alike that this tournament wasn't meant to see who the best GM clan was, it was meant to get more players playing GM, and it was a huge success. Everyone is always going to complain about something.
First (players): Oh noes, GM is dying this game sucks, nobody plays GM anymore QQ
G4Box's reply: Okay, let's dedicate an entire month to GM to making it more popular!
Next (players): Oh noes, now that we got what we wanted, we have to complain about something else! That event was terrible, only bad clans that dodge can win!
The entire point of the event was to get people to play more. They succeeded. Just because you feel like the tournament should have had a more competitive edge, doesn't mean they didn't come through with their end of the bargain. They are just trying to please us, and although I definitely don't agree with anywhere near all of their decisions, they did what they set out to do with the information that they were presented at the time that they announced the tournament.

Difference is they have proof that GM was dying in their databases, as well as people on the forums complaining. Those two put together (as well as other variables such as the permanent axe being removed which was a huge loss for ghost mode) proved to them that they needed to do some ghost mode.
Or at least that's how I see things. I was there when they decided to do the ghost mode events, in fact I like to think that it was my points that I made to them that got them to do the events in the first place. -

Calm down big boy, you're not the only one who dodges, I can say the same for NWG dodging Hell/Death. And we're not the one's getting screenshotted saying you'll get them banned for simply asking for a clan war. :]] Dunno if Ghoster still has that or not. It's how you react to the dodging accusations, not by how much you're dodging. And last I heard, your clan isn't afraid to go against NWG. Well for starters, I quit Stalkers after the first week of March and went to Hell and then became inactive in an inactive clan. They did hack and I wasn't in that match so I have no replays, but someone does. Also z8 disqualified all hackers, and a hacking clan is in 2nd. The hell is going on? As I said, we dodged 1 clan over a month ago, get over it. We're fine playing them now that we have more ghost moders, and we've done so many times (although somehow I always dc when we play them... every single time. I have screenshots of me dcing for all of them too).
They were harrassing me over the forums and in game and I didn't want to talk to them any more. Are you too thick to understand that? -

When people harass me I normally just stomp them in a match. You should try it, it shuts them up rather quickly. -

Actually I can deny that. As I said but you apparently failed to read, they were harassing me in game and on the forums at the time, and I didn't want to deal with them any more. Once again, are you that thick? I already posted this but you apparently chose to ignore it.

Well obviously since you got the thread deleted where the SS was at. And yes I am thick and I'm not afraid to admit it.
They harass everyone, even me to a little extent. I didn't get so butt hurt by it. I joined their clan for a day and they happen to be very chill.
And I am thinking logically based on what I've seen, which you gotten deleted.
I don't keep telling you, I told you only once. It's as if you people don't remember the first S&D clanwar tournament, or the Autumn Assault tournament. This is comical from my perspective.
I only wish I could be a third party observer like you rather then the second party defender.
Watching clans fight is amusing but being the ones attacked isn't

Less about honor and more about making the annoying attacks stop.
Many of the attacks are based on how we won with logic and reason instead of honor and skill.

Should have determined the best clan by using something like this:
(Win percentage)*(1+(.001*(games played-30)))=Clan Ranking score
Where Games played is capped at something like 150 or so to prevent large clans from simply winning with 1% records.
The .001 could be larger/smaller based on how stressed the total number of games would be. Using something like this gives credit to people who played a lot more games that were needed to qualify, while still making win percentage important. -

It just amuses me how z8 is so blind. And this is a criticism thread is it not? I pointed out what they did wrong and said they didn't think this through good enough. I stated in another thread this could have been a great qualifier for a bracket tournament and they wouldn't have to do much. Someone else said it would mainly be up to the clan leaders to take care of the matches, GMs and/or MODs wouldn't have to do much except change the brackets and review a few replays every Monday, and that's only if people were accused of cheating.
All you're telling people to do is to stop QQing in a criticism thread, so what are you doing here? -

I love flashing and rushing noobs in SND, get so many 4 kills from it, I can just imagine the QQ now.
Most of the haters are hating because they were expecting us to play like them.
We didn't and now they are hating because we ended up in the finals instead of them.
Many players try to get others to play on their terms because they know their terms increases the chance of victory for them. Most of the QQ in this game is players raging on a weapon or tactic that beat them and this competition was no different.
