How to sleep?

Eating or drinking stimulates your body to digest, which in turn produces energy and keeps you awake.
The artificial lights from computer screens contain light from the 'sky blue' range of the spectrum, which tells your body it's time to wake up (cutting all the non important science here).
so both of these are bad advice ;p.
If you want to sleep, at say 11, do not use anything with a screen for approximately an hour beforehand, and do something relaxing, bathe or reading is normally the best.
Quiet music is also good for getting to you to sleep (or rainy mood as previously suggested),

1) Make sure you"r room is clean or bed made, 2) You HomeWork or work is done,3) Stop videogames 1H before bedtime.
Your brain is thinking about crossfire and stressing about whats due not lettig you sleep
My mom is a profesinal in this if needed any help il explain whole body fonction while going to sleep/Dreams. -

My homework won't be done. I stop playing CF about 3 hours before I sleep. Well try to sleep. -
Eating food does not help me nor warm milk. Maybe that's because the milk is spoiled, who knows?
Caffeine does the counter effect like drinking a soda will make me sleepy instead but coffee does keep me awake.
I sleep perfectly in a very cold environment but I am not allowed to bring the freezer in my room. Nor am I allowed to put the air conditioning at freezing point.
Having sounds while I sleep just annoy me, I prefer silence. -

I had a sleeping problem as well, and my doctor recommended this. He also said to try to go to bed maybe an hour earlier than you usually do for a week or two. Don't try to come in contact with technology (I.e. your phone, the computer, etc.) during that hour, and try taking a warm shower before as well. It might be a little much, but it helps.
