So a friend of mine has a X7 Gaming Mice and it has a certain configuration that makes the crosshair aim directly to the head (AIMBOT) but is it considered cheating and will you get banned for using that config. ?
Obviously a mouse can find the head and shoot automatically. -

a mouse cannot do that, a mouse can have macros that make you auto switch//qs yes, but auto-aim on a mouse? nope.
just a macro to a program on the pc to auto-aim.
so yes, its hacking the game and is bannable. -

The mouse can find certain pixels on the screen and know the difference between that pixel and a pixel of the same color elsewhere on the screen, it also has depth perception in a 2d environment.

You see, this advanced mouse has a DirectX framework in which it can detect the very top of a Juniper XT/Monolith (CrossFire) model and make your aim directly 'stick' to the head of the character thereby giving you the advantage.
