My Support Tickets keep being closed?

How come whenever I submit a support ticket, it gets closed? All of my questions are not spam, they are indeed needed and have not been repeated. It seems there is no way for me to actually ever contact somebody and get a response. I do not know if this is or has happened to any of you, but I am trying to get some answeres. I will not repeat my questions here. I just want to see if any of you are having the same problems with Support Tickets.

I know you said you won't post the questions..but what were they concerning?

If it's something stupid or can be easily figured out via these forums, they probably won't reply.

It is pretty important. In fact, I figure I am not even going to get the right response even if a GM were to reply. It may be better to contact G4Box since they seem more official and have actual contact information.

Click on "View information" your ticket was answered.

Oh, I apologize for this. I did not see the view details option. It just never struck me to appear as a link. Thank you for the response then.
