account got hacked

My other account got hacked. I've tried logging in z8 site and in game but to no use. It is saying that i don't have the correct username id or password.

i got replays, security answer, replays, ign, forum name, and transaction ID to prove that it is mine. can any cf mods help me in getting back my account please. how can i submit a support ticket into my account when i can't log in z8 site?

Include all the information you have and make sure you explain it was stolen.

I guess by sending a support ticket from this account under account/administration giving all the details that you stated above that you have.

i have open up a support ticket and submitted information that proves that this is my account yesterday..

does any one know how many days does it actually take to get this resolved? i am a bit concerned on what the hacker might do with my account (ei, sell guns, use bps, etc)..

I just gave up on my main, the support team stopped replying to my case

It takes about a week and a bit depending how precise your information given is. You can also ask the GM to block the stolen account.

thank you for the advice. i have sent a PM to a GM requesting that my hacked account be blocked until this is resolved.

i really hope this get resolved quickly

obviously i got replays, trans id, security q/a and other info's sent to prove this is mine.
