CrossFireHELP (virus)

So hi guys, yesterday i was playing Crossfire and it was work perfectly,but today, when i start the game i have an message error from xtrap."Some function of the operating system are not working properly due to external program.Please close any program which is affecting game client." so i try to re-instal the game but same problem but when i open my folder i saw a new things :6hg14ay973.exe i can't delete it,(windows cannot acces the specified device...) here's a screen:

i just want to know how i can delete it.

www.malwarebytes.org > download > install > scan > remove what found > see if it works

nope

so i try to open in Safe mode and i scan it with BitDefender and he found GEN virus something like that, so i choose delete, and when i re-scan it, he say there is nothing found but i can't delete it..if there is no solution,i'll re-instal windows.

The error usually happens when Windows defender locks access to the file.. disable Windows defender and install a good antivirus like Avira Anti Vir

they said that application is locked i can't delete it.
