Silent Soldier Badge Is Not Appearing

the silent soldier badge for playing Ghost mode for 30+ hours when i went to the event page it said congrats you completed this now log in to get your reward. so when i went to my profile on website there was no silent soldier badge so its been 2 days and theres still no badge HELP

and happened to me as . Please HELP!

Same thing here.
And it happened with the 5 p90-camo crates from last event as well. Never got them.

theres an announcement at top of barracks by [mod]Hi explaining its a database error and to be patient until its resolved or send a ticket if you think it will help
