Nope. They are already aware of the problem and it will be resolved shortly. Just wait and ou will be compensated with your hard-earned ribbon soon enough.

CryingMonkey, we can get the ribbions 5 hours later? when the CF woker come back and fix it? that will be great.

They will be coming back to work in a few hours and will resolve the issue in a timely manner.
