X-trap database or running properly?

Hello, I'm a new CF player, this isn't the first i played, i do have some gaming experience, and problem experience, but this one is just weird. Every time my game finishes loading, it shows me a black screen, then this comes up:


I really seem to enjoy this game, although it looks like i'm going to leave it soon, and i really don't want to do that... any help is appreciative! Regards.
