Can't Change Ingame Name [MALL-ACCOUNT ISSUES]

Hello Z8Games Forum,
I Wanted to Change my Name Into something with two times "i"

But it Says: Sorry, your new name is not valid or it can not contain characters:ii

So is there a way to get it work?

If a Admin See's This could he watch my Support Ticket because there is the name that i wanted to change into and i already got a Change Call Name Item.

I have the same problem
i cant use name with double dots ".."
can you tell me why it doesn't work?
