GUYS I HAVE BEEN HACKED!
I am 4G!!
I already send support ticket... but i dont remember first email and pass... Do ireallt need that information?

You need to be able to prove that the account is yours. Simply having the email and password would not be enough. ZP purchase receipts would go a long way.

i have all proof of purchasing all ZP's

Happened to me before. I lost the account because I was "flagged" for account sharing...

Had over 30 transaction IDs from 2011 and the first email and password but never got it back.

I wish you the best of luck of getting your account back, I know how you feel right now

How did you lose it anyways?

If you already sent in the ticket, then just wait.

In the mean time, read up on this thread to see if you followed along what it says.

There isn't a whole lot to tell besides to input as much information to the ticket, and to submit it under Account >> Account Administration.

i already submitted all information i can, recent transations (that 100k ZP one and 20k ZP one) and i tried to remmeber my first email and password...

They will give you a reply with what information they need if they need more. Remember, Support doesn't work on weekends so you may not get an answer until Monday or Tuesday.

But who have you been sharing accounts details with? Like saidin said people don't just get hacked.Something out of the ordinary must of happened since you posted the 100,000zp not showing up thread.

I don't know...i just woke up and i just entered my email and see "email change for your Z8games account"
Then i saw the email changed... i almost started to cry...
But i will recover no matter what happend to it
Also changing the name

Last time i got a virus was 10 hours BEFORE i purchased 100k ZP, it was a dropper... I thought "fck this ****" and i erased the virus... but i think it spreaded around my PC this whole time, maybe the "hacker" knew i purchased 100k ZP and stoled from me -.-

And i didn't downloaded anything... the virus just got detected by my avast...

I just looked at your forum profile and saw a post from a guy talking in arabic...

He said "ahmed dode in English then in Arabic he wrote I want zp" this was yesterday so I'm assuming an Arab stole your account.

Patience.Its not their fault you were not careful with your account.They are probably inundated with requests like these as well as all the hack reports.

At least your account has not been played on since 1st april so it looks like they have suspended the account due to investigation.Or if not at least the guy is not playing and hacking on your account getting it perm banned.So you have reasons to be happy and optimistic.Just give it a day or so more I am sure you will have a reply by then.

Account isn't banned or being investigated(i hope it will not) because it still has Honorable soldier ribbon, but please i hope they'll reply to me...
