When I turn it seems to stick

Hi, I don't know if any of you have had this problem but it's really annoying me. Whenever I try turning, looking to the right or left (in-game) it seems to stick, kinda like I'm lagging but it's not lag (I play with over 100 fps and under 40 ping). I've turned my settings to the lowest they can go I run the game as a Administrator I've also tried turning up my mouse sensitivity but none of that has helped. I would just like to know if any of you have any ideas to help fix it.

    i had the same problem and then i realized each time it happend my fps dropped to around 10.... :( updated my gfxcard driver and mouse driver (Razor salmosa) and since then i never had the problem... dont know if that`ll help u but its worth a try :)
