To GM's, MOD's, and all players ( about the ribbon )

This is totally unprofessional, having the database error is fine, but having 2 hours drop from most of our times is not fair.
I had time for my last 1.5 hours, and suddenly, they became 3.5, and I couldn't complete them.
This is unprofessional guys, and on behalf of everyone who didn't win his ribbon because of that "error", we need another chance at the ribbon, or any thing in return for losing it for this error.
I had my schedule ready for it, I really needed it, but now, I've just lost it because the GM's and MOD's were not working on weekends.
Please guys, we need an explanation.
