Help me . i didn't received The Silent Soldier ribbon.

What happened with the silent soldier ribbon, I finished playing Ghost Mode on 30/3/2012 around 17:00 0 GMT (Ireland) and it showed me I had 30 hours and 8 minutes played of ghost mode in march, after an hour, i went to check again, then it said congratulations on completing the event or something then it said log in crossfire to receive your price, well I kept waiting for the ribbon to show up on my profile, I went to sleep was thinking the ribbon would be there by the morning, but not, i woke up at 11:35 and checked my profile, I got on the same day was there, but the silent ribbon was not that's really sad for me as I was working hard for it Please check something, Maybe it was your mistake or something.
