Dint got my ribbon

HEy guys,
I completed 30 hrs in gm last night before 23.59 and when i checked the reward status,it shows tht congratulation for achieving ur goal ....blah blah.. but when i got to my profile i cant see the ribbon there,can any1 help me pls.... GM's reply needed...
