If i gift 20k zp to another account, will 2.51 dollars go to my account or that account??

Neither. It doesn't go anywhere. The zp that would have gone to you goes to them.

What do u mean neither?? 2.51 dollars has to go to either my paybycash account or that person's paybycash account.

The Game card works like any Gift Card. You spend however much you can on it, and when you can't spend it on anything else, it's pretty much useless.

So in general, the $2.51 UGC stays with you, but it's pointless to have unless you're planning to own multiple UGCs for later.

It goes onto YOUR paybycash account. YOU are the one making the deposit anyways lol.

I can confirm that right now, only the person who gets the zp gets the bp, i didnt get any.

The left over money goes to your paybycash account which you can use if you have enough left over balance. Example yesterday I bought two UGC cards and got around 5 dollars deposited into the paybycash because its only like 18 dollars per 20k zp and the UGC cards have 20 dollars..20-18=2 dollars left over. I had 18 dollars in my left over so I got 10k zp extra

I dont remember but when my friend gifted me 20k zp him and me got the bp.
