I can't seem to log on properly

Ever since all the issues this past day I can't log on properly. I put all the right info correctly but when I press ok,the screen doesnt change. It lets me exit at will,but it won't log me or any alt accounts on. Its ridiculous. I couldn't scrim with my team today because of it. Any fixes? I've already reinstalled,and my firewalls are off.

Edit: After I press ok,the ok button is unpressable

What processes are running in the background? (Just screenshot your Task Manager Process's tab)

I've tried opening my ports,closing aero,clean reinstalling,compatibility mode,turning off my firewall. Pretty much everything. the problem started arising yesterday around the same time as the server issues.

I get that problem when my internet is slow, but i doubt that's why you have the problem.

Still broken. Sadly it happened exactly at the same time as this whole server side issue.

So.......im guessing there is no fix? I can assure you its not my pc,nor my internet. Everything else is fine,but this game isn't. My accounts aren't blocked. It just seems strange that everyone had the same problem for a while during the server meltdown,and mine didn't fix itself.

yeah i had that for a little while, but once it fixed then when i did log in i lag like hell. lol so yeah it might happen to you.

Ughh Ive literally tried everything. Including system restore. This seems like a server issue.

Thats my problem. Sorry about the sound,it's because of the reinstall and crap. Plus since it wont log me in I cant really turn it off.

Am I gonna get some ***ing help??!!?!?!?!?!?!? Or am I gonna stay ignored? Seriously I've actually wasted $ on this game I think I deserve something. As does anyone else who shells out cash to keep this game alive.

Hell, i'm in the same boat as you.
Spent hundreds of dollars on this game and my crossfire hasn't worked for over a week now. What a fun time.

The reason this happens is because the login server is not responding to you.

What router do you have and what is your ISP?

FYI, you can't press any buttons because it's trying to log you in but the server wont give you a response so it waits forever.

College. And College. They reset the modems daily,and they have a maintenance every 2 days. This happened the day they had the server meltdown. Before that,everything was fine.
