GM Ribbon Problem...

Hello guys,

I have a problem..
Yesterday I had 29 hours and 2 minutes and now when I looked again it show me 26 hours and 57 minutes.. WTF?! Why did you tooked 2 hours from me? Now I can't complete the event.. its not fair, I swear.. What can I do? :-w

It might be too late now to send a support ticket, just play 4 hours more and get the ribbon tomorrow.

Yea same problem here. Yesterday I had 27 hours and some minutes today I played 4-5 games and just went to the site to see how much I've got and I had 26 hours and 18 minutes

If many people have this problem, it will most likely get fixed ASAP, and they will get their hours back.

It's not possible to play today? You still got 16 hours left. So it's not impossible for you to get ribbon.

No, it's not possible because I don't have the time and i'm not in the mood for this..

Probably confused the 29 hours with continuing the 26 hours.

Really? Are you kidding me? Don't you see that I'm not the only one which facing this problem..? And don't you tell me that I confused 29 hours with 26 hours because is not true. Yesterday I had 29 hours and 2 minutes and now I have 26 hours and 57 minutes.. so I lost 2 hours and 5 minutes..

I think the database deleted a chunk of GM games by mistake.
Our GM CW wins dropped from 31 to 29 for no identifiable reason.
We didn't farm and didn't recall facing any hackers that might of had all there games deleted.
(Unless they sucked so bad even with the hacks that we didn't notice).
