refuses to connect to the server

Have you been able to successfully connect to any of the servers in the past? Which ones? Screenshot of speedtest and tracert 74.200.6.140 please? Also, when "trying" do to those above things, are you sure you succeeded? Did you perform a clean install as directed here? http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=52579 Also there is information on how to put holes in your antivirus for cf. Do you have any firewalls at all, including a Windows firewall? Also restart your router and modem.

yeah i have been able to connect to server in the past, i played a fair bit on west coast.

so its getting past my router but im not sure what that next one is.
the only firewall i have is windows firewall and i use avast as an anti virus
