"Disconnect From Server"

THIS IS REALLY SERIOUS!!
I CANNOT PLAY CROSSFIRE FOR 10+ days and this is getting SERIOUS!!!!
ONCE I get in SERVER it stop at STEP 4!! and Said DISCONNECT FROM SERVER I AM GETTING MAD LIKE A BULLDOG OR SOMETHING ATM... plus it is ONLY happening in ONE! account
my Other account DOES NOT! have this Problem but my THIS account im posting with IS HAVING ULTRA ISSUES IN CROSSFIRE!!
I WOULD REALLY WANT SOMEONE TO HELP ME RIGHT NOW.

hello to me also is giving me problems, but tells me it's Xtrap U.S. server. and I closed the cross?
one could say how to fix it?
