Paysafe Card

hi, I have a dude, i am mexican and have a dude with the payment with the pay safe Card... to buy 10 k zp, need 9 dollars, its more or less 120 mexican pesos, but in mexico only sell Pay Safe Card of 100 pesos, 250, 500 and 1000 pesos, in the transference of the money, the page converse the pesos for dollars? i need to buy 250 pesos to got my 10 k of zp? or what do I need to do to got the 10 k of zp? how i can do? i hope a quickly answer.
