cf crash

it happens at random, crossfire crashes when i am playhim appearing a message saying CF error or smtg like that, i would like to know if there is a solution or is the game suppose to be this way because i was at round 30 at zombie with boss at half and i had spent very hipomeds and its gone, no reward. Some times i happens in normal game, really at random times.
