hey,
I want to sue z8games because of permanent banning my account without any reason!
i asked the support what is the reason for the ban and they told me that i had hacked -.-'
I never hacked and i swear this!
At the day where it got banned i got a disconnect because of internet problems. I tryed to login again ang got hacktool has been detected without any reason! (I had skype , Teamspak - Clanserver , and fraps running). I tried to login twice but there come the massage "Your blocked from the server"....
The Support of z8 ignore me at i ask something.
Can anyone help me here im not knowing so mutch about report other people by the police (im german bit harder).
I want du sue about my account and about my 1600€ that i invested into the account. I want my account or my money back!

    Your account belongs to Z8games, it's technically not "yours".

    They can suspend and block you whenever they want, nevertheless if Z8games support can't help you then no one really can. You might want to try sending a personal message to [GM]Saidin and see if he can help you.

    All account issues are to be resolved with the support staff so complaining on forums isn't going to help. For the suing, go ahead and try. I'm 100% sure they have something to back themselves up in the "Terms and Conditions" which you probably never read.

    I have read that the account are from z8games but i spend 1600€ (2131,2 US-Dollar) into the game and thay cannot ban this without reason !
