Hey if you aren't having any luck with your current clan your very welcome to come to Clutch. We have more the 15 people, we have ventrilo/teamspeak, Our clan kdr put together is 2.5, our clan match kdr is 2.0, and your quote "Pretty good under pressure" is a pretty good sign to join "Clutch" >.<.
