how much fps can i get with this pc
AMD Phenom II B55 Quad Core, Game PC V2
ram: 8 gb
hdd: 500 gb
3.3*4 ghz
graphic card :HD 4850 1 GB DDR5
processor: AMD

and can i get 120 fps on full size fraps
resolution 800/600

Around 100 fps at least, also depends on the quality of the mother board, psu, software, etc.

If it is new try a better cpu.

What is your budget?

Anyway that pc will get you around 150 fps minimal.
Not really sure about the graphic card it seems like a updated version of the GDRR3 version.
But if it really does any good for CF hmm.... I wonder.

Recording with 60 fps using fraps on 1024x768 with good settings
I'm pretty sure you will still have a stable 80 a 100 FPS.

Tip*
If you got a extra HDD than save the recorded files to that HDD and your FPS will increase.

Not C and D on 1 HDD
I mean like really 2 different HDD's

depends on res//settings on cf, you'd be able to hit the fps cap, or be around 120 depending on various factors...

phenom II x4 is a good processor though, and CF is a cpu based game...

edit: just seen the notes, you'll easily hit 120 in 800x600.
