Security Answer

I want to quit the clan I made, but in order to quit; I have to answer the security answer. I totally forgot the answer, so I request z8 games to send an email. But the problem is, when I receive the email, the Questions were different and the answer doesn't work.
I have sent 2 tickets to the company and all their reply is the same email that they sent me. SOS?

I looked into this, the SA you typed isn't the one on the account. Are you sure you have the right email?

On the information you receive, it will actually say the login ID.

sory, i just upload the pictures, plz look at them.
And yes, i'm sure i got the right email.
And even in their reply, it's the same question with the same answer as the email.

Yes I've seen that, and its wrong. That isn't even your question on the account. You have the wrong email, when you use the LOST ID/PW/SA read the LOGIN ID on it.
