That account was my main account and it was created in 2009, so long story short - I don't remember the mail I used to register it.

For the last couple of months I have taken a bit of a break of CF, therefore, I did let my 11 year old litte brother play on it. Long story short again - He told the password to another player. (he thaught he would help him LVL up)

The player? This player:

In game name: [A]pple..

He was a member of this Turk clan:

But I sent them multiple messages thru the apply tool that [A]pple.. Had stole my account and I just wanted it back. Maybe they belived me and kicked him out, because he is not a member anymore. (Good job clan leader if that is the case)

So basicly I can't get my account back thru the e-mail, and Z8 don't think I have enough info to prove that Im the owner.. I can for example list multiple pple on the friendlist, previous clans, IP, previous password and cellphone number I bough ZP from..

Please GMs of Z8games.com, what can I do? I just want the account I have played on for 3 years, putted money on, and have so many memories on..

And rest of the players: disrepect to [A]pple..

By giving your account information away, you broke the Terms of Service.

The only people who can help you are Support and the person with current access to the account, and they are right. That is not nearly enough information to prove account ownership. You can find out all of that but previous password quite easily if you know them. One good method of proving account ownership is to find zp purchase receipts that are linked to that account.

Since.u gave ur.info out thatd.breaking the rules. The only thing I can say Is to send a support ticket in about ur account. Fill out as.much info as possible so they know.that the.account is.actually urs. Like.ur re,ent purchases.of zp
