Can't hear ghost breath

I have a problem with my game I can't hear ghost breath. I used to be able to hear it but now ghost breath and sometimes planting noises in gm don't work for me when im on gr, but they work fine on bl, Any idea's how to resolve this as it is making it quite hard to get my silent soilder ribbon as i keep running into ghosts.

And before any flames here are some responses:

yes i could hear it before it started over a year ago which i had posted about and talonblaze said it was a bug in the game but could provid no fix.

yes i have good headphones and iv tried many differnt pairs.

ok you're gonna have to listen to me very carefully. First replug your headphones and then turn it on max volume. K once youve done that turn your cf music to 100 then turn your computer volume to 100. Now go in to gm and hear the sound

lol iv tried this and many other things i didnt have this problem till a patch about a year and a half ago or better. my volume is on max my sfx is maxed my headphones are maxed.

What headphones do you got? How much did it cost? Is there any damage to the headphone?

no dmg the head hpones are wireless and were free, iv also tried good 20+ dollar ones that were meant for djing and they didn't fix the problem, i dont get ghost breath if i use my speakers eaither

as for dmg none

i fixed problem my av was cleansing the file containing sounds (thanks to [mod]Hi for suggestion of fix in game)

as for dmg none

You need a better headphones. At least $70+ Headphones. My headphones is for like $75 and I hear breath Good. If you want the breath way so clear, get Beats by dre or get Turtle Beaches. ( They are Expensive ones )
