It happens when i finish a game, (before the score screen shows up).

Any ideas on how to fix it?

I got that once, but I was just organizing some things on my storage.

Possibly just a bug or some sort. I don't know really.

Redownload Reinstall what ever u want to call it thats how u fix it period thats what i did when i got it ^^

got it a lot in CW's at the switch, don't know what causes it though.

It's a bug i get that a lot

and what i did is i reformat my PC and now is gone...

Only 100% noobs and/or idiots reformat their entire system because CF had a problem...

It is maybe because you altered a game file (possibly rez shading) and now the system is having trouble reading your altered game file. I dont get this, but it's possibly a clan war bug, so I'm not sure since i havent clan warred since 2011.
