rework the wrench

the wrench, aka the 60 coupon thang that took up space, has an attack animation almost like a speed hack. It might need a bit of work imo. and bisley is a bit underpowered, so it may need some buffs.

Its fine the way it is. But I would like more Range on the Wrench though. It has knife range imo

Its like short shovel right click. Less time to swing and less range.
Pretty powerful. I think its 2 hit kill everywhere cept head where it does 100

Wrench is OP, but so expensive that it isn't a big deal since almost no one gets it (I've seen it maybe twice this month, through ~25 hours of GM). The Bisley though... the stats are comparable to the regular Anaconda, even if it was permanent for 60 coupons it wouldn't be very popular.

Right click is normal
Only the slash has little range.

The main problem I have with it is the recovery. It's insane. Even if they miss, they could easily swing again in less time you jump. God forbid the slash.

After Bhopping with the Katana (holding Right click), the Wrench is so dam light. First match back with it, I bhopped through mid in Lab and got a 4K
