MOD Or GM Help pls :(

I dont know if a GM or a MOD know about this Problems with Host errors!
So many Player get this error at 90% loiding if we join a game !
So we cant play any way !!!
I try it on every Server but i got every where and in every mode this fu error !!!
I dont know why No Gm or MOD say something to this problem !?!
This problem is until Saturday. The Server were down and then so many get this error...
And i download the game new and it doesnt help !!!
I use 3 Programs for problems and for cleaning :

Advaned SysteCare 5
CCleaner
TuneUP Utilities 2006

I dont knof is some of this programs are the troublemaker but maybe a GM or MOD can say it.
But no Gm or MOD say something to this error !
And i want to know why ?!?
We cant play but want !!!
So why you dont help?
Pls do something!!!
I hope and think that the CF NA team is good and i hope so
But if they cant do anything at this problem its QQ
I just want to know if that "error" get fixed this week or maybe this weekend or not because if i know thez dont fix it i dont play that game

So Pls GM or MOD say something to give us hope
