Send weapons as gift

Is there some way to send one of my weapons as a gift to a friend? Even if I ask it to z8 through support ticket, or somethig like that, I don't know.
For example, I have 3 Winchesters, I really don't need it. They just occupy space in my storage. I want to send 2 of them to some friends who need it for the Good Ole Days ribbon.

Is it possible?

Everyone would make alts and send his main every GP/GP crate gun. That's why.

Set Minimum rank limit?

Ie: Have to be 2nd LT to send/Receive anything

^This + if people are willing to make multiple accounts to get free guns, I don't see why they wouldn't go as far as to farm to be able to transfer these weapons.
