When i press "ok" for the log in there is a error's window that it say "This service is not avaible in your region" ... i'm from italy and i don't understand this error! please help me!
This means you cannot play CrossFire NA from Italy. This is because you have your own version of the game (CrossFire EU).
It's not a bug, it's a restriction. -

Basically its saying you have to play crossfire EU (Europe) if you want to play Crossfire. They have done that to other locations too so don't think its just you. I live in America so I'm fine playing CFNA cause its meant for my area. -

How offen MODs have to say again, that Europe is IP restricted since 3rd Aug 2011!
Look into the Forums, there you can find a map (youll see, Complete Europe is restricted)
AND: the restriction wont Be removed, cos of CF EU and that many players, who cant behave well come from Europe..........
BUT: If your ACC is older then 3rd Aug 2011, you should be able to play. In this case, you should get a Support Ticket and wait for proffesional help from the support team!!!
Note: Im from Germany and i play CF NA
