freeze at game load

yea i have a error whenever i were to join a game the game would freeze just about when its about to finish loading how can i fix this?

I remember when Z8games said its Problem of everyones Computer and to post photo of character with chair and guns including

And why our Computers? o.0
At Satuday Morning i played CF normaly and Until the Server was down i cant play because this Host errors i got at 90% loaoding QQ
