If you want your account back, you'll have to take it up with Support. Give them as much information about the account as you have, so you can prove that it is actually yours. (password, payments, login ID, security question and answer,...) Testimonies of friends are of no value here, they can easily lie.

Submit a ticket over here under Game Related: Account, then Category: Account Administration.

From there, fill out the necessary information on the account in question, in this case I'm assuming it's the one you linked in the first post. Fill out as MUCH information as you can, every little bit helps within the form, including Registered Email, Security Question & Answer, and/or exact Account Creation Date.

Also explain your situation in the Additional Information box at the bottom of the page.
The ticket may take up to a week to get looked at.

Just because you spent money on the account for ZP doesn't entitle you to preferred treatment. You are responsible for safeguarding your information, including keeping away from scams.
