Nobody knows for sure if it will ever happen again.
If not, you should try your chances if any skinned axes come out.

Guns are subjected to change in the coupon system.

It could come back though, it may not be in the same form though.

I doubt it, why would they remove it just to bring it back?... There is still a 30 day axe in coupons for tho.

Lucky, I finally got enough and 2 days later they took it out.I was debating what to buy with it.
