game watch error

Gettting a HGW error it gets stuck at step 4 the a error screen pops up saying Failed to connect to server:w[2003] L[0]. help please.

  Im getting it too, although I am not sure if it is a client only error or if it is for everyone,

  EDIT: Now HWG its ok but i have Fakued to conection server when i log-in the game
