How much fps?

What is the specs of everything else in your computer?

If everything else in your computer isn't good, that video card won't be either. The rest of the components on your computer will bottleneck the video card and you won't get nearly as much out of it than if you had higher end hardware. You're FPS would get higher, but probably not that much.

Gotta know how good your computer is for me to give you an answer.

6570 is two years old card.

There is no need to buy a graphics card for CF if your cpu is that old. Better buy a better cpu.
