Technical Support can't help me, how sad is that [GM]

It's been over 2 weeks now, and I have been sending in tickets almost every day now.
All technical support tells me, go to the forum.....

I have a Gateway MX8738 with Vista HP on it(32 bits). My anti-virus is Microsoft Security Essentials.

I have uninstalled & reinstalled 5 times now, and yes I turned off my anti-virus & firewall.
Also I did a clean reboot every time, and added CF to my anti-virus.

This is what happens when I start CF; HGW will load to 94%, then I get a X-Trap error;
CODE FIELD 02-0300-00000000-211

So technical support, I have asked you guys what this code is before. And you still can't tell me. And how to fix it. All I get is, Go to forum.....Sad. Even after I gave them all the info, they needed.
