Problem of new acc

Hi all. I`m from Ukraine and have some problem with my acc. My old acc still works and work good. But some mounts ago my brother ask me, then i register him in game. I register a acc, but cant enter the game write this. I know that im from RED IP zone. But maybe you know how decide my problem...

Red Zone is now closed to new users permanently, but then why after all the old work? Perhaps pass away to put the Russian version okay.jpg

Because it wouldn't be fair to those who have invested time and/or money in their accounts.

Yea as stated, new accounts created after August 3rd, 2011 are subject to IP restrictions.

But at least you have that older account to play on
