So what, do I have to get on the phone and contact netflix to ask them about "ZP Points" missing from my z8games account? Makes no sense, seems scam like..

    The one offering the free ZP is Netflix, not Z8Games...
    Why would you complain at Z8Games when you did a survey provided by Netflix.

    Now that makes no sense...

    I called netflix and was informed they have no idea what ZP is nor have they ever heard of anyone making such a complaint.

    So what do I do? Do I call back and tell netflix I subscribed to them because I completed a ZP offer and ask NETFLIX to give me ZP on Z8GAMES? Makes no sense..

    The offer isn't from Netflix, there was a survey provider ie. Sponsorpay, SuperRewards, Peanutlabs
    You need to find out which one it is from and contact them.

    We don't have access to their systems and if they don't approve your offer for whatever reason we have nothing to work from as there is no transaction ID to look at.

    You are prompted that we do not provide the surveys and aren't affiliated with those companies as soon as you click "Earn Free ZP", it even makes you click I AGREE before you can continue.
