I bought 3 Gp crates from the mall that cost 800 BP. It said go to My Items and click Use to use the crates. I went to My Items but it was just a blank white page. The Mall took my BP but it didnt give me the crates

The crates are delivered to you in-game.

Launch Crossfire---> Log in ---> Black Market ---> Owned crates.

3 of them should be there.
